Privacy Policy

ZAK Apps is a small, independent app developer. You can contact us at appzubair@gmail.com.

This policy covers two things:

1. this website, zakapps.pages.dev; and
2. ZAK App Upload, our internal tool that manages our own YouTube channel, ZAK Apps Support (@ZAKApps).

Each of our apps (Businessly, Periodly, Chimely, 16 Line Quran, Climbly and DevKnowledgeBase) has its own privacy policy. You can find it on the app's Google Play page, under "Privacy policy".

This website

• The website has no ads, no analytics, no cookies, no sign-in and no forms.
• We do not collect any personal information through this website.
• Cloudflare hosts the website. Like every web host, Cloudflare can process technical data (for example your IP address) to deliver the pages and keep them secure. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

ZAK App Upload and YouTube API Services

• ZAK App Upload uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Who uses it: only the ZAK Apps developer, to manage the developer's own channel. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it. An AI assistant may run the tool for the developer, on the developer's own computer.
• What it accesses: the ZAK Apps Support channel's own details (name, description, settings), and its videos, thumbnails, captions and playlists. It uses this access only to upload our app videos and to set their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions and playlists.
• What it stores: a Google sign-in token, kept only on the developer's own computer. It keeps no copy of YouTube data on any server.
• What it does not do: it does not collect, store or share any data about viewers, commenters or any other YouTube user. It does not use cookies.
• Sharing: we do not share or sell any data to anyone.
• Removing access: the channel owner can remove the tool's access at any time on the Google security settings page. Deleting the token from the developer's computer also stops the tool.
• Deleting data: ZAK App Upload keeps no YouTube data except the sign-in token on the developer's computer, and it does not keep any YouTube API data for more than 30 days. If you ask us to delete data, email appzubair@gmail.com and we will delete it within 7 days. If access is removed on the Google security settings page, we delete the token and any stored YouTube API data within 7 days (and never later than 30 days).

Children

This website and ZAK App Upload are not directed to children, and do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
